4.3 Transaction Cancellation and Refunds

05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or a deposit of ৳12,000 will earn a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (fifteen times). This means the bonus amount cannot be withdrawn until it has been wagered 15 times. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place at least ৳15,000 in bets before you can withdraw.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• The bonus must be used within the account; it cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Wagering requirements must be met within a specified time limit.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• jeta96 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer.

5.4 VIP Program

jeta96 has three VIP tiers. You can advance to a higher tier through regular play:

• Bronze tier: weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Silver tier: weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Gold tier: weekly cashback up to 1.5%

Cashback is calculated each week and added to your account automatically. The detailed terms of VIP benefits may change and members will be notified if that happens.

06 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play
